The Color Red in Spring

Tulip

The robins are back
Hopping across the green grass
Displaying red breasts.

Robin

While the cardinals
Warble a sweet a melody
Eluding my sight.

Cardinal

High in tree branches
This bird sings a song of joy
To the Creator.

  1. Welcome to Nature Notes..I am always pleased to have a new blogger to meet. I took some time and browsed around and you have a lovely heart-felt blog and I love the robins and listening to them in my yard…Michelle

  2. That is the brightest colour!
I noticed that your last name sounds Dutch and just read that it’s from Dutch origin indeed 🙂 Wish you a nice week!

  3. The magnitude of birds, flowers, animals there are give one an idea how there are no boundaries to the Creator’s creativity! There are no words adequate enough to even describe him! Many thanks for sharing the beautiful Robin for SEASONS! Have a great week and “see” you very soon!
